What do I need to know before I place an order?
How long does it take to make my dress?
There is no such thing as ordering your dress too early! It leaves you time to plan the rest of your look and focus on other elements of your big day. Production time for our pieces is currently three months, but we recommend ordering your dress at least six months before your wedding to allow time for delivery and alterations.

Sizing and Alterations
How do I know my size?
Please use our sizing chart. Cathleen Jia’s gowns are renowned for being figure flattering, they are cleverly designed to ensure any minor alterations are fuss free and not complicated by a professional seamstress. All dresses come in a standard length that will most likely need to be altered depending on your heel height. If you’re between sizes, we always recommend sizing up as it’s a lot easier to take a piece in than to let it out.

Care Instructions
To get your earrings to remain in good condition, be sure to store them in a dry and clean place.
Do not get the earrings wet as this can cause tarnishing to the plating. Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, the finish may rub off or discolour over time. This is natural wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
