Thurley SS19 ‘Casablanca’ Collection

Inspired by the 1942 film ‘Casablanca’, Thurley’s Spring ‘19 collection is feminine yet bold, perfectly embodying their admiration for the classic and exotic. It’s these contrasting elements that make their dresses perfect options for an unforgettable look for your engagement party, bridal shower, or even for your second ‘party’ dress to slip into at your reception .

The collection showcases Thurley’s appreciation for intricate detailing and exclusive patterns. True to their signature style, Thurley continues to reinvent broderie anglaise and guipure lace to compliment the modern and powerful styles within the collection. Key features include contrasting delicate floral patterns with strong colours, statement sleeves and golden embellishments.

“Prints are the real hero of the season with the engineered placement of bold florals and paisleys impressed onto hammered silks, luxurious voile and yoryu silk. Thurley’s signature incarnations are also strongly evident, with eyeletting, knotted roulou lacing, corsetry and quilting showcased through various styles in the collection.” Founder and Creative Director, Helen O’Connor

The ‘Casablanca’ collection will begin dropping into all Thurley boutiques, selected stores and David Jones nationally between July and September this year.
